Returns

Please follow our returns process below:

Please email info@miccacaia.com to obtain a Returns Form & Returns Authorization Number. (RA#)

Once you have received your returns form and RA#, please complete the form and send back with product (including all original packaging). Postage details will be included on the returns form.

Orders must be returned within 14 business days from the day you received your order. Unfortunately if your return exceeds our 14 business day policy we will not be able to process your return.

Footwear must be unworn, in the original condition and free of any marks. We recommend a carpeted surface when trying on your footwear purchase.

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, they will be checked over prior to final approval to process your refund or exchange. Your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product(s). 

MICCA CAIA reserves the right to deny any unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.

MICCA CAIA is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. We recommend you include tracking and insurance for your protection.

Any shipping, return fees, and/ or duties and taxes paid will not be refunded.

Refunds and exchanges are not offered on sale items or any items purchased using a discount code or as part of a sale promotion. All discounted items are considered final sale.
